Has Digitally Replaced My Old-School Dictaphone Seamlessly
As a music journalist of more than 20-years, the one thing I have come to expect is CHANGE! From my days of thinking my “High-Tech” Sony handheld dictaphone (complete with a REAL cassette tape backup) was the way to conduct artist interviews after spending hours transcribing the mess from audio to actual NOTEBOOK PAPER (yeah, I’m OLD!!!!), this tool is THE standard of online journalism, folks. I am also in the middle stages of submitting finalized/approved text to my publisher for my first book (keep your eyes peeled for GODSMACK’s Shannon Larkin’s biography set to hit stores and outlets in March of 2017) and AudioNote has been my ONLY resource for logging hours and hours of phoner and live audio interviews for transcription herein. All I can say is; “Where the hell have you been all my life, AudioNote?” I absolutely LOVE and thoroughly RECOMMEND this Application/Tool to any and everyone writing as a hobby, therapy or their livelihood. Price point is almost a joke….it’s as close to perfect and FREE as you can get! Very, Very Highly Recommended!
